I wanted to reach out to update you on some of the new options and services we have in order to help you boost your local SEO presence as well as to assist you with call tracking and HIPAA compliance. We offer the services below at a discount when bundled with your existing hosting plan, or a la carte. Again, these are optional, suggested upgrades and nothing will change about your hosting plan features or price in 2024 (except the free updated reporting you will be getting shortly - if you haven't started receiving it already).

RECOMMENDED UPGRADES

All of the  services below can be purchased a la carte or added to your existing hosting plan at a discounted rate.

1. Yearly Google Business Profile check with citation verification and validation. There are times where Google will make changes to your GMB profile based upon outside feedback, and if the changes don't match your citations it can damage your local visibility. We will monitor your GBP listing and alert you if any changes are made. We will also submit your profile to the most important 20 NAP sites for local listings.  Note this is NOT the same service as our Local SEO service, which adds additional monthly SEO tasks (posting, etc). 
2. HIPAA Compliant Website Forms - I wrote a post here with my thoughts, and I believe that HIPAA-compliant forms should be the standard moving forward to avoid any issues with HHS and fines.  

Total Fee (includes your current hosting plan) = $150/mo.

OTHER SERVICES: NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED

3. HIPAA Compliant Google My Business Call Tracking. If you want to see the effectiveness of your local profile, we offer a dedicated GMB tracking number.

4. HIPAA Compliant Call Tracking. If you are doing any type of marketing such as PPC or SEO, you should be tracking your calls - and doing so in a HIPAA-compliant manner.

Total Fee (includes your current hosting plan) = $200/mo.

2. HIPAA Compliant Website Forms - $50/month (2 forms)

3. HIPAA Compliant Google My Business Call Tracking. $50/mo (1 number + 100 minutes).

4. HIPAA Compliant Website Call Tracking. $60/mo a (5 number + 500 minutes).
