Today is the first day that Google Site Kit for WordPress is out of beta and in full swing. In the video below I take you on a tour of setting up Google Site Kit for WordPress, and go over what it can do for your site.
Before we get to the video, here are the bullet points (TL;DR)
Does a great job pulling GA and Search Console summary data on to one page, along with traffic channels.
Allows you to connect Google Optimize without needing tag manger - which IMHO is worth the price of admission alone!
If you already have Google Tag Manager installed, you don't need the Tag Manager part of the plugin, but if you don't have the code installed the plugin will facilitate it.
Allows you to get the summary numbers for your site's desktop and mobile performance via PageSpeed (though we always take Google PageSpeed with a grain of salt, and use it in combination with other tools).
Your Website Is Losing Money!
